Our Team

We're a diverse and inclusive team that believes in treating everyone equally. We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Slough, working alongside our facilities manager and other service providers to create a positive visitor experience.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll provide a warm welcome, customer-focused assistance, and a fond farewell to create lasting memories for visitors and occupiers. You'll have a deep understanding of the building's operations and work closely with our client to innovate and improve services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors and occupiers
  • Work closely with the facilities manager and other service providers to create a positive visitor experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the building's operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing client needs
  • SIA Licence (advantageous)
