Key Responsibilities- Conduct a comprehensive review of the organisation's operational needs, evaluating and improving key infrastructure within central areas.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including leadership, commanders, and Heads of Department, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Assess current and future operational requirements, including personnel, vehicles, and facilities, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate the condition and suitability of sites, providing cost-benefit analysis for refurbishment, rebuilding, or relocation options.
- Develop project plans with indicative timeframes, costs, and resource requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
- Direct a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to support the delivery of a comprehensive recommendations report.
- Ensure adherence to governance procedures and provide regular programme progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes with significant estate and infrastructure implications.
- Expertise in needs assessment, resource allocation, and the management of large-scale refurbishments and new builds.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate operational needs into comprehensive project requirements.
- Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- MSP/Prince2 or equivalent Programme Management qualification.
- Experience managing complex construction programmes or relevant construction qualifications.
