• Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless operation and maintaining high standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in menu development, incorporating fresh seasonal produce and resident preferences.
• Work with the culinary team to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes that meet hotel/restaurant standards.
• Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment, promoting a positive work culture.
• Work within budget, completing regular audits and managing stock control.

• City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification in culinary arts.
