Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) and provide strategic guidance to the programme team.
- Develop and implement programme management strategies to ensure successful delivery of programmes.
- Manage and coordinate programme resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with programme stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain programme documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
- Provide training and coaching to programme team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver programmes successfully.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire programme team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate programme risks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
