We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Bourton Leisure Centre. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
- Communicate with parents/guardians concerning their child's development and advise on progression through the programme
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to work closely with customers
- Deal with children and their parents in a professional and respectful manner
- Hold a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and undergo a DBS check
