At Butlin's, being a Chef is more than just cooking; it's about creating memorable experiences for our guests every day.

As a Lead Kitchen Team Member, you'll work alongside talented chefs to deliver diverse culinary offerings across the resort, ranging from classic pub fare to American-style dining and everything in between.

Depending on your assigned venue, you might collaborate with a Sous Chef or Head Chef. You'll oversee and guide a team of commis chefs, ensuring consistently high quality in every dish prepared.

You'll be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen, guaranteeing the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes according to set recipes and brand standards.

Joining Butlin's means becoming part of our Award-Winning Chef Academy. This program provides you with opportunities to enhance your skills in a fun and educational environment, fostering your growth within the culinary field.

About You

We seek motivated individuals eager to progress in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure smooth restaurant operations throughout the year.
