Warehouse Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team at our Doncaster distribution centre. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and stock loaded into trailers against drivers' paperwork.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of incoming deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency within the warehouse team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their performance and skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
