Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join their team in England. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the operating efficiency of assets and systems across the account portfolio, in line with ISO55001 best practices.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in asset management, asset surveying, lifecycle management, customer service, and change management. They will also have extensive experience in Facilities Management operations and knowledge of current statutory legislation related to planned maintenance and safe working practices.

The Asset Manager will lead asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects, audit accounts asset maintenance and asset management activities, and assist with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures. They will also drive continuous improvement in asset data quality and use data analysis techniques to highlight and inform site-based Asset / Contract managers of asset performance and data quality exceptions.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least HNC / HND standard (or equivalent) in a relevant hard services discipline and hold an Institute of Asset Management Certificate and or Diploma.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing asset performance and efficiency
  • Leading asset surveying and CAFM data upload projects
  • Auditing accounts asset maintenance and asset management activities
  • Assisting with the implementation of asset management processes and procedures
  • Driving continuous improvement in asset data quality
  • Using data analysis techniques to inform site-based Asset / Contract managers
