Job Description

First Achieve Ltd, a leading international defence manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Manual Turner to join their established and growing Engineering Division in the Fife region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual turning of components in the workshop
  • Reading design and assembly drawings
  • Making use of power tools
Requirements:
  • Experience of manual turning and lathe operation
  • Experience operating in a workshop environment
  • Experience of reading engineering drawings
What We Offer:
  • Temporary to permanent contract after 12 weeks
  • Paying £18 per hour while under temporary contract through agency
  • Paying circa £16 per hour once permanent
  • 39 hour work week
  • 4.5 day work week
  • 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Friday
  • OT 1.5x
