Job Title: TEC Change Delivery Partner - SAP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced TEC Change Delivery Partner - SAP to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our TEC division, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of SAP applications and ensuring the successful implementation of our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP application estate, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and customers.
  • Develop and implement an annual change budget of circa £5m, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Oversee the ongoing development of the YW SAP Practice, including the management of circa 45 permanent roles, 100 contractors, and partners.
  • Ensure project mobilisation is timely and well-considered, using techniques such as Proof of Concepts and Minimum Viable Products.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite level, to influence outcomes and manage difficult situations.

Requirements:

  • Significant SAP experience, with a proven track record of leading large teams.
  • Vision for how the development of the SAP Practice can generate value for Yorkshire Water.
  • Experience of managing offshore delivery partners and handling multi-million-pound projects.
  • Strong commercial and supplier management skills.
  • Extensive experience of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of the design and development of IT solutions.
  • Extensive experience with 3rd party delivery teams.
