Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Southwest London

Package: £55,000 - £65,000 plus package

Skilled Careers is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the new build residential sector. As a leading Main Contractor, we offer excellent career progression opportunities and a chance to play a leading role in a dynamic company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to lead a 50-unit residential scheme based in Southwest London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own projects, working on internal and external works, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control subcontract orders, accounts, and variation accounts in line with the main contract and subcontract database.
  • Conduct post-tender internal and external pricing analysis/assessment for sign-off, ensuring that all projects are within budget.
  • Conduct contract risk and opportunity assessments to identify areas and plan for them accordingly, ensuring that pricing remains on budget without undermining Health and Safety.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within RC Frame residential schemes.
  • Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
  • Ability to work within the Southwest London area.

What We Offer:

  • £55,000 - £65,000 plus package.
