Plant Area Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Area Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our plant area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of our plant area team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with our buying team to source high-quality plants and gardening supplies.
- Ensure that our plant area is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Contribute to the development of our company's horticulture and gardening expertise, through training and education programs.
- Proven experience in a plant area or horticulture management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of horticulture and gardening practices, including plant care and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
