About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Payback Supervisor. As a key member of our Probation Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting offenders on their journey towards rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate teams of individuals on probation as they work on community service projects
  • Transport people and equipment to and from project sites
  • Brief individuals on probation on project tasks and expectations
  • Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and demonstrate good practice
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to achieve project goals
  • Responsible for health and safety and keeping accurate records

About You

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, a good communicator, and able to take the lead. You will be working with a diverse mix of individuals, and it's essential that you are able to build strong relationships and provide support where needed.
