About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Catering Assistant to join our team at Fenny Lock in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to our guests and clients
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas and kitchen
* Assist with food preparation and presentation
* Operate cashless tills and handle customer transactions
* Maintain vending machines and restock supplies
* Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including tables, service counters, and dishwashing facilities
Requirements
* Previous experience in a dining room, canteen, or hospitality environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
