We are seeking a skilled and experienced 5 Axis CNC Machinist to join our team at Belman Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our state-of-the-art DMG and Matsuura 5 axis machining centres.

• Setup and machining of one-off prototype and batch production run components
• Build of CNC Tooling using a combination of Heat Shrink, Hydraulic and ER Holders
• Ensuring in-process quality procedures are followed, including completion of production control plans
• Measurement of critical features as required during production using hand mics and height gauges
• Recording of production bookings using our Epicor ERP system
• Liaising with the CAM Office to provide feedback and communication on production progress
• Use of our Siemens NX shop floor system to review and simulate programmes prior and during production

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in CNC machining, preferably with experience in 5 axis machining and a good understanding of engineering principles. You will need to have effective communication skills and a can-do approach to problem-solving. The ability to programme in either Fanuc or Heidenhain would be a significant advantage.
