About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and look after all visitors to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deal directly with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
