Carpenter Required for Maintenance Team

We are seeking an experienced and professional carpenter to join our busy maintenance team covering Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, and Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out reactive and planned repair work on domestic social housing properties
  • Repair work will include carpentry repairs, replacing skirting, architraves, hanging doors, and all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry maintenance

Requirements:

  • Must have own van and tools
  • 3 years minimum experience as a tradesman in a maintenance role
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
  • Full UK driving licence

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate of £20 + 45p per mile travel expenses
  • Ongoing contract
