We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
