Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Block Property Manager to join our team at Mavrec Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting annual service charge budgets, reviewing previous expenditure, and forecasting future expenditure
  • Undertaking property inspections and completing reports
  • Liaising with property professionals, including solicitors, accountants, surveyors, and specialist consultants as required
  • Monitoring portfolio arrears and taking necessary action for collection of service charges

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Block Property Manager or Block Property Manager's Assistant
  • Awareness of service charge, leases, and demised areas
  • Good communication skills and computer literacy
