Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
- Attract new customers and business, while driving professional growth in a results-driven environment.
- Guide customers through the entire mortgage service, offering advice on a range of products and services to meet their needs.
- Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
- Hold a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
- Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Exhibit outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- Hold a Full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
