Key Responsibilities

  • Actively work the sales floor, interacting with customers and employees to achieve sales goals and deliver world-class customer service.
  • Be one of the top two sales performers in the store and lead all staff in customer service to meet financial goals.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, quarterly financial review meetings, and other meetings as necessary.
  • Organize, implement, and validate staff training, including sales, merchandising, and product training.
  • Conduct bi-weekly leadership meetings with Service Lead, Sales Lead, and Inventory Lead to review performance and plan for future weeks.
  • Participate in store merchandising to ensure a professional shopping experience, including sorting, straightening, and setting up feature displays.
  • Monitor store supplies and order additional supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for exporting daily files into QuickBooks at least once per week.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of human resources and staffing, including interviewing, scheduling, and implementing discipline.
