We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a nursing home in Kilmarnock. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and support a team of care assistants to provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote resident autonomy and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- N/SVQ level 3 qualification in care or a related field.
- Medication training is desirable.
- A positive, proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Competitive hourly pay rates from £15.
