What We Offer:

Your contributions will have a direct effect on children, young adults, adults, and the families we support.

Collaborative Environment:

You will be part of a larger Income Generation Team, responsible for generating approximately £250k in income and expanding. The Business and Events team collaborates closely, emphasizing enjoyment in our work. We are a team of 5 full-time staff, along with regular volunteers and around 25 event volunteers. This includes an experienced Lead Fundraising and Events Coordinator, bringing the total headcount for this role to 2.


Compensation:
£24k - £26k per annum (FTE), depending on experience and qualifications, with a clear progression pathway and opportunities for further education. Part-time and flexible working arrangements are available.

Diverse Responsibilities:

No two days are alike; once one event concludes, it’s on to the next in this dynamic role.
