About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at TSG. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in generating leads, managing inbound opportunities, and booking appointments with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualifying them before handing them over to the sales team for further processing.
  • Qualify outbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to present TSG's products and services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate TSG's offerings to clients.
  • Track and document calls and sales opportunities in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • Ability to develop a good rapport and close working relationship with members of the sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple calls and campaigns efficiently.
  • Familiarity with marketing communications platforms can be beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in B2B telemarketing roles or similar speaking to C-level contacts.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is essential for tracking leads and customer interactions.
