Key Responsibilities
  • Player Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programmes for players of all skill levels, focusing on technical skill development, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning.
  • Team Training: Conduct regular team practices, providing individualized coaching and feedback to players to enhance their performance and development.
  • Tactical Preparation: Collaborate with other coaching staff to develop and implement game plans, ensuring our team is well-prepared for matches and tournaments.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, providing guidance and support to players to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with players, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged throughout the season.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in the sports sector, preferably in a coaching or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing players and achieving success at the team level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions during matches.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage team schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment.
Additional Requirements
  • Level 1 football and/or futsal qualification.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess player performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for matches and tournaments as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not essential).
