Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Regional Sales Director, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers to maximize commercial opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.

  • Utilizing your expertise in property rental acquisition, you will coach and support a team of New Business Development Managers both remotely and in person.
  • Demonstrate dynamic, innovative, and professional sales-oriented behaviors, serving as a role model for your team.
  • Ensure your team accesses and utilizes vital business and environmental insights while adhering to all company policies.
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies to assist your team in achieving their objectives.
  • Collaborate with your team to create growth strategies and effective lead conversion plans.
  • Promote and represent the organization with enthusiasm, effectively presenting the business to potential new partners.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensure partners receive exceptional service, fostering strong relationships with key accounts to maximize retention.
  • Support various projects and initiatives across the organization as needed, assisting the VP of Business Development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the travel or real estate industry.
  • Commercially minded with a strong leadership background.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Target-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise in managing partner relationships effectively.
