Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of baristas, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of all partners during each shift.
  • Performance Management: Support the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Goal Setting: Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
