Mechanical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead and manage the mechanical installation across a high-profile, fast-paced fit-out project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the mechanical installation team to ensure timely and quality delivery within the project scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Monitor on-site progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  4. Maintain excellent communication, reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, specifically in fast-track fit-outs.
  2. Strong background in mechanical installations within the construction industry.
  3. Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors and delivering complex projects.
