Role Summary:
As the Compliance Manager, you will oversee all compliance-related activities within the organization, focusing particularly on data protection and regulatory interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the daily management of compliance issues as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the organization.
- Lead a small team of Compliance Officers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Assist the department in achieving its internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure timely and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Head of Compliance and other senior compliance personnel as needed.
- Work alongside fellow Compliance Managers to achieve departmental objectives.
- Contribute to department-level projects and initiatives, demonstrating teamwork.
- Support business projects as required, ensuring compliance considerations are met.
- Manage Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) requirements pertinent to your responsibilities.
- Generate high-quality Management Information (MI) for relevant committees.
