Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to take on a key leadership role in our organization.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of social care services, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective service user outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to maintain an overview of all services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of Team Leaders and Senior staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Contribute to the development of services within the organization, driving innovation and excellence in social care practice.
As a Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our service users, contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coordinating and implementing service plans, ensuring effective service delivery and service user satisfaction.
- Monitoring and evaluating service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement, driving continuous quality improvement and excellence in social care practice.
