Content Specialist Job Description

We're seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at Digital Litmus. As a key member of our B2B marketing agency, you'll play a crucial role in developing AI-enhanced content strategies that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop content plans using AI tools to research, identify trends, and personalise content for our clients.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, AI-supported content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, case studies, landing pages, and videos, designed to resonate with clients' target audiences.
  • Content Operations: Take editorial ownership and manage the end-to-end creation of client content, working with a wider team of freelance writers and designers.
  • Website Content Creation: Develop compelling website copy that talks to target personas, optimising for SEO, conversion, and a seamless user experience.
  • Campaign Integration: Create content and provide copywriting support for campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency across all channels.
  • SEO and Keyword Optimisation: Carry out keyword research and optimisation of content for SEO.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to align content strategy with their goals, using AI tools to adapt strategies dynamically.
  • Process and Quality Improvements: Develop processes and integrate AI and automation to streamline our content processes, enhance brand consistency, and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Background: BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in B2B content marketing or a similar role, with experience using AI-driven tools for content strategy and SEO.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI content optimisation tools and CRM platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
  • HubSpot Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot and its content features is a significant plus; an appetite to learn is a must.
  • Storytelling Expertise: Strong storytelling abilities, with a focus on creating customer-focused narratives that inspire action.
  • Excellent Communicator: Confident, clear communicator with the ability to convey complex strategies to clients and team members alike.
  • Problem-Solver: Enjoys tackling complex challenges and developing strategic solutions in the B2B space.
  • Organised: Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and success.
  • Client Service: Extensive experience working with B2B clients, with a focus on understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional results.
