We're seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Manager to elevate our SEO capabilities and drive organic growth. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to systemize and improve our technical SEO approach.
As a Technical SEO Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and fixing technical issues across our website and subdomains. You'll work closely with our website team to deliver new pages and optimize existing ones, ensuring our website architecture and functionality align with our business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing processes to maintain our website's health and visibility;
- Improving our organic visibility through structured data and website structure optimization;
- Leading a CMS migration to Contentful and architecture changes;
- Collaborating with our Engineering team to create positive relationships and drive results;
- Identifying and evaluating potential website acquisition targets;
- Ensuring adherence to SEO best practices with a balance;
- Analyzing the results of your work.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong personal perspective and preference for technical aspects;
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in problem-solving environments and a strong desire for autonomy;
- Confidence in decision-making and providing actionable suggestions;
- Demonstrated ability to run complex SEO projects independently;
- Experience migrating websites and/or CMS;
- Knowledge of Google's guidelines and adaptability;
- Basic HTML and developer tools knowledge;
- Experience working with Engineers and effectively communicating with them;
- Basic GA4 and advanced GSC knowledge;
- Agile understanding and Jira experience;
- Strong sense of ownership and resilience in improving the website working with other teams collaboratively;
- Experience with building business cases and convincing stakeholders with data.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Contentful, Looker, and GTM;
- Knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript.
