Thomas Talent Network is seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Director to lead our nursing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the conduct of nursing staff to ensure a professional and supportive work environment.
- Stay informed about incidents and events within the facility and assess the health needs of all residents.
Requirements:
- Current State RN license.
- At least 5 years of experience in long-term care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven strong leadership and supervisory skills.
