This is an exciting opportunity to join 1st Executive Limited as a Senior Commercial Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and value through effective commercial management.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the delivery of business benefits and value through the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and value.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting through the design and implementation of appropriate contractual KPIs.
- Deliver mature supplier relationships, innovative contract models, and long-term value through service excellence.
- Work closely with the Head of Commercial Management to ensure the effective delivery of commercial objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial mindset with traditional commercial and contract management expertise.
- Experience in the construction sector with a strong working knowledge of industry-standard forms of contract and commercial models.
- Excellent track record of stakeholder engagement and management, up to and including Board Level.
- QS background or MRICS would be beneficial.
