We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our team at Bracknell Urgent Care Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide professional and clinical care to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of services to all patients.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified GP with a current registration with the GMC and NHS performers list, and have an MRCGP examination or equivalent experience. You will have sound knowledge of clinical governance and be able to work within the management of various patient groups.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality evidence-based medicine to patients attending the Urgent Care Centre
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
- 6 weeks annual leave (inc bank holidays)
- Extra day of leave per year for work anniversary
- Paid for Indemnity cover
- Unsocial hours payment at 30%, Monday to Friday after 6pm and all-day Saturday and Sunday
- Continuous Professional Development time - 10% of weekly hours
