Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering audit/accounts jobs, supervising junior staff, and delivering the audit file to the partner in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver audit/accounts jobs to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development
  • Deliver the audit file to the partner in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
  • Manage client communication effectively and proactively
  • Monitor chargeability and assignment budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Coach and mentor staff for improved performance and technical development
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in an Audit role
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
