  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties
  • Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
