Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Data Analyst to join our team at IO Associates. As an Epic Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of healthcare data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and interpret healthcare data within Epic's modules to support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Epic tools like Cogito and Caboodle
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Epic system
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions
Requirements:
  • EPIC certification is required
  • Strong experience in Epic reporting tools like Cogito and Caboodle is highly desirable
  • Experience working with large healthcare datasets and understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Proficient in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
