Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Specialist to join our expanding team at Carbon 60. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to a significant Offshore Wind Farm initiative, ensuring that our project operates with optimal efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:

    Deliver comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project documentation.

  2. Document Management:

    Maintain precise records of project-related documents, contracts, permits, and correspondence, ensuring accessibility for team members and adherence to regulatory standards.

  3. Communication Facilitation:

    Enhance communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, through various communication channels.

  4. Data Management:

    Input project data into relevant databases and generate reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

  5. Procurement Support:

    Assist with procurement processes by obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely acquisition of project resources.

  6. Logistical Coordination:

    Coordinate logistical arrangements for project activities, including travel and accommodation for team members and visitors.

  7. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance:

    Support HSE initiatives by maintaining records, scheduling training, and assisting with the implementation of safety protocols.

  8. Financial Tracking:

    Assist in monitoring project expenses by tracking costs, processing invoices, and reconciling financial records to support budget management.

  9. Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally to foster collaboration.

  10. Additional Tasks:

    Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by project managers to contribute to the overall success of the Offshore Wind Farm initiative.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software is essential. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to offshore wind projects is advantageous.
