Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced planner to join our team as a Senior Town Planner. As a key member of our planning team, you will be involved in a wide range of projects, contributing your expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management: You will be responsible for planning and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis to inform planning decisions and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  3. Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic planning advice.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with planning projects.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Previous experience as a planner, ranging from Town Planner to Planning Director level.
  2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of planning principles and regulations.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  4. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
