Software Engineering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our team at TLP Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional Scrum team and coaching them in agile principles and engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agile software engineering, with 5+ years of experience in a variety of systems and technologies. You will be working with a highly experienced team, and your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality software products built on the Azure cloud platform.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 8 direct reports, including front-end, back-end, QA, and BA engineers
  • Collaborating with a Senior Solutions Architect and a Senior Product Manager to drive business value and technical excellence
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products on the Azure cloud platform
  • Coaching and mentoring team members in agile principles and engineering excellence
