About the Role:

Apleona HSG Facility Management is seeking a professional Mobile Electrical Engineer to undertake planned and reactive maintenance at various client premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times, while interacting with clients and tenants as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned maintenance of building engineering services to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to maintain client systems and ensure continuity of operation.
  • Operate in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems and adhere to Health and Safety Protocols.
  • Minimize difficulties with building environmental systems through proactive operation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the company to keep them informed of relevant information.
  • Recognize the importance of energy management and operate the contract to benefit the long-term interest of the customer.
  • Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers to ensure efficient operation of plant and areas without disruption.

Requirements:

  • Formal electrical qualifications.
  • BS7671 18th Edition certification.
  • Electrical CompEx Ex01R – Ex04R desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining pumps, motors, and control systems.
  • Experience in the petroleum industry an advantage.
  • Full UK driving license.
