Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Location: Dartford

Salary: £27,000 OTE £45,000 - £60,000

Hours of Work: 5 days per week including 2 Saturdays per month

Benefits: Holidays 33 days, Life Insurance, Pension

Essential: Full driving licence and own vehicle

About the Role

Connect Personnel is representing a longstanding client who is the biggest independent Estate Agency operating in the Southeast of England. They are passionate about their work and provide an exceptional service to all their clients. They are now looking to enhance their team in Dartford and are seeking a driven Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join them.

  • Focused on turning the "ordinary" into the "extraordinary" and not be afraid of hard work
  • Ideally, to be able to drive, as there will be times later in your career when you need to help out neighbouring offices and also attend regular sales meetings
  • To be the type of person that would love seeing their customers' eyes light up when they help them finance their perfect property
  • Beneficial to already have done CEMAP 1
