Our dedicated team focuses on extracting valuable insights through Market Mix Modelling (MMM) to enhance various marketing initiatives. As a Lead Econometrician, your expertise will be crucial in streamlining data collection, processing, and reporting, ensuring a steady flow of actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute advanced MMM strategies, managing econometric models across a variety of brands and markets.
- Guarantee that project outcomes align with key objectives by collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the internal MMM team, nurturing a culture of excellence and supporting professional growth.
- Enhance marketing efficiency through optimization and scenario analysis, contributing to superior strategies.
- Participate in the creation of marketing optimization tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation to elevate our econometric capabilities.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in a media agency, consultancy, or related field, supported by a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Expertise in Python or R, SQL, and advanced Excel for modeling, data analysis, and processing.
- Proven leadership in econometric initiatives, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with media planning and the influence of MMM on marketing performance, complemented by strong communication and analytical skills.
