The Insolvency Team:
Our Insolvency team specializes in intricate, high-value transactional and advisory work. We possess extensive expertise in both corporate and personal insolvency, serving leading accountancy firms and insolvency practitioners, and advising administrators, liquidators, receivers, and trustees in bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will join the insolvency team, representing insolvency practitioners, private banks, corporations, and boards across a full spectrum of insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements, and receiverships. Additionally, the role will involve assisting individuals and other stakeholders with personal bankruptcy matters.

Candidate Profile:

Education and Qualifications:
A minimum of a 2.1 degree and completion of a training contract at a mid-sized or city firm are required.

Work Environment:
The standard working hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with the expectation that the successful candidate will demonstrate commitment and flexibility, including the willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary. Adherence to the firm's agile working policy is essential, which allows for home working while requiring a minimum number of days in the London office.
