Job Summary

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of the Transport department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide effective administrative support to the Transport department, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of company systems.
  • Agency Management: Monitor and maintain records for agency drivers, process invoices using SAP, and keep accurate records of agencies' terms and conditions.
  • Driver Management: Input and monitor drivers' holidays and sickness absence, maintain the time-keeping and attendance system, and process sick notes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly update the WTD system, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate, and create daily reports for the Transport department regarding tachograph information.
  • Fuel Management: Receive and monitor fuel deliveries, maintain the fuel monitoring system, and support the investigation of any driver wage queries.
  • Reporting and Spreadsheets: Provide various reports and spreadsheets for internal departments in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent Administration Skills: Possess excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to succeed in a pressurized environment.
  • Initiative and Supervision: Able to work using own initiative and with little supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience: Previous experience gained in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
