Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for supporting the Farm Manager in all aspects of farm management, with a focus on maximizing farm performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and Assist a small team of staff in daily farm activities and routines.
  2. Relief Cover for the Farm Manager during holidays and alternative weekends, including completion of records and monitoring alarm systems.
  3. Environmental Impact - work to reduce negative environmental impact through efficient processes and procedures.
  4. Record Keeping - maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bird health, food, and suppliers.
  5. Flock Performance - check daily and report any issues to the relevant Manager.
  6. Hygiene Procedures - ensure all hygiene procedures are followed to minimize environmental impact.
  7. Additional Duties - perform other reasonable duties as required by the Farm Manager.

  5. Previous Supervisory Experience
