Private Client Solicitor Opportunity in Birmingham

We are seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Birmingham. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a broad case load of mid to high value Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of PQE in Private Client work and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities involved in this area of law.

Our client is a well-established Legal 500 law firm that offers a genuine career opportunity for the successful candidate. You will have the autonomy to handle your own caseload and will be mentored through a career path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for high net worth individuals on a range of private client matters
  • Handling complex Wills, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration cases
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver excellent client service
