Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Infrastructure team in Manchester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, custodial, leisure, defence, education, healthcare, and heritage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead major projects, coordinating project resources and liaising directly with clients.
  • Support business development activities, producing fee proposals and delivering commercial projects.
  • Provide technical expertise, preparing and overseeing designs and reports.
  • Manage day-to-day control of programming, staff resources, and team utilisation.
  • Nurture emerging talent and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant experience in infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of industry design software packages, including Microdrainge/Infodrainage, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure and drainage schemes, as well as bespoke projects.
  • CEng or IEng status, with a focus on Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
