Position Overview

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: Overtime available at 1.5x the standard rate, with numerous opportunities. Pay increase following the probationary period, along with paid meal breaks, 28 days of holiday, an 8% pension contribution, provision of tools and uniform, sick pay, and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and refurbishments
  • MIG weld various types of plates
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings
  • Engage in fitting, fabricating, and other daily tasks as required
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a MIG Welder, preferably with fabrication skills
  • City & Guilds, NVQ, or BTEC Level 2 or 3 qualifications in Welding (ideally obtained through a recognized apprenticeship)
